The Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization (CPRO) is pleased to announce it has partnered with New District Brewing Company for this year’s 24th Annual Columbia Pike Blues Festival. New District will offer a selection of their craft beers for sale at the festival, scheduled for June 15, 2019. CPRO is thrilled to support Arlington’s first local brewery in one hundred years.

New District Brewing Company is a family and friend owned business built from the ground up right here in Northern Virginia, opening its doors off Four Mile Run in 2015. The name New District pays homage to Arlington’s history as part of the District of Columbia. Their partnership with CPRO follows their sponsorship of Valleyfest, Arlington’s only arts street festival, and other collaborations with Theatre on the Run, Jane Franklin Dance, and Arlington Cultural Affairs in their expanding support of the arts and music in Arlington County.

“We are delighted that New District Brewing Company will be joining with CPRO at the Blues Festival this year,” said CPRO board president John Snyder.  “We love to get together with neighbors and local businesses—New District is both—and we love their beer!”
