Ms. Stein Is a recognized expert on the Washington, D.C. commercial real estate market. Her invaluable relationships, expertise, and insights will be an invaluable contribution to this conversation as we identify how the Pike Quarter can continue to attract new and exciting businesses that meet the needs and consumer expectations of our community.

Miss Ange has a distinguished background of leadership in urban planning and economic development. Prior to joining AED in 2020, she was president of Renaissance Planning Group . Since joining AED, she has been an active leader in the community, helping steward Arlington Economic Development through changes in the federal workforce, a government shutdown, implementing the County’s Commercial Market Resiliency Initiative to help address the County’s commercial vacancy, implementing AED’s new strategic plan, and supporting the county’s small business ecosystem.

Mr. Callender is an innovator of creating community, engaging and inclusive spaces and events that help people come together, celebrate, and support small businesses. A serial entrepreneur with ideas and a presence stretching across the D.C. metro region, Ian will be able to share how communities are built, opportunities are created, and energy is multiplied.

Dr. Morton is a nationally recognized expert in urban planning, legacy businesses, and sustainable planning. A longtime resident of the D.C. region, she served as a past member of the Arlington County Planning Commission. Her recent work on legacy businesses across the region, including on Langston Boulevard, have received national recognition and will provide insights to how Columbia Pike can both continue to foster economic development while at the same time preserving both the businesses and the community that make the Pike so special.

Dr. Wagner leads innovation at Main Street USA. Main Street USA fosters best practices, collaboration, and community for the thousands of Main Streets across America. Most recently, he co-led the 2025 Retail Matters survey on the state of retail in the United States with a partiocular focus on the Commonwealth. In addition, Dr. Wagner has a track record of innovation and vision that will contribute to the conversation and provide guidance on how Columbia Pike can continue to evolve in the years ahead.

Andrew leads the Columbia Pike Partnership in Arlington, Virginia – a position he’s held since December 2023. As Executive Director, Andrew is responsible for leading the Partnership in its effort to foster community engagement, economic development, and equity for the residents, businesses, and other key stakeholders who live and work along the Pike. A native of the D.C.-Metro region, Andrew lives in Arlington with his two children, Alan and Elizabeth, and two dogs, Trixie and Ginny.
