Support our community with this year’s virtual “luncheon” benefit

Our 2022 Columbia Pike Progress Luncheon serves as a celebration of the economic progress of the Pike over the past few decades as well as a look toward the future growth and development planned for the next few years.

With the new changes with the newly approved changes to the Form Based Code, Columbia Pike could now see exciting and new uses for its ground floor space. This could include light industrial – breweries, doggy daycares, maker spaces, and/or other uses such as childcare, museums, and galleries.

Please join the Columbia Pike Partnership, our speakers, and panelists on Thursday, April 21st as we discuss the vision, possibilities, opportunities, and next steps.
