Inaccuracies on criminal records can present challenges to accessing employment, housing and other important opportunities. Please pre-register to join us at Arlington County and the City of Falls Church’s Expungement Clinic to see if we can assist you in the expungement of your criminal record.

IMPORTANT PAPERWORK
Filing fees of 591 to open expungement cases will be covered on a first-come, first-serve basis while funding lasts. Additionally, the Sheriff’s Office will waive the Sis fingerprint fee at the Courthouse. To proceed, you must bring either the Warrant of Arrest or the Final Disposition for each charge you wish to expunge. Please note that only charges from Arlington County or the City of Falls Church are eligible for expungement in this jurisdiction
