Buy a Nurse Lunch
The “Buy a Nurse Lunch” program launched in April 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. With restaurants struggling to remain open and health care workers overwhelmed, the Columbia Pike Partnership began raising funds to purchase meals directly from Columbia Pike restaurants for our frontline heroes.
In 2022, as Covid-19 cases rise and hospitals face staff shortages, we want to show our appreciation to all the healthcare workers keeping our community safe while also supporting restaurants on Columbia Pike.

We are excited to continue the Buy a Nurse Lunch program in 2022. Thanks to the support of our generous community every Tuesday we will deliver lunches to healthcare workers at Virginia Hospital Center Health System (VHC Health) until funds allow it. We are proud to support the Columbia Pike restaurants and the hardworking heroes who continue to keep our community safe!
