The Arlington County Board has approved a total o $3.3 Million to fund seven neighborhood conservation projects. More than half of this total, $1.26 Million, is destined to fund projects in neighborhoods along the Pike corridor.

As part of the ongoing revitalization of Columbia Pike, construction is underway along Columbia Pike from S. Wakefield Street to Four Mile Run to relocate and underground utilities.
